The Charlotte Area Recycling Authority (CARA) is a local drop-off recycling center for residents in and surrounding the Charlotte, Michigan area, located at 201 Hall Street. The Center is funded through donations, sale of recyclable materials and grants from Eaton County Resource Recovery. While recycling is a free service, donations are always welcomed and greatly appreciated.

String Light Collection Deadline Extended to 1/23/21
Due to the overwhelmingly positive response, the string light collection event deadline has been extended to January 23rd! Thank you Eaton County Resource Recovery!
