CARA will be closed this morning, February 3rd, 2015, due to the National Weather Service's windchill advisory. It is our hope to open this afternoon, if the weather warms up. *Reminder, CARA will close when the weather causes unsafe working conditions, this usually happens when temps are in the negatives, including the windchill.
