Thank you all for your continued support and understanding. We will be now be reverting back to our regular hours of operation: 

Tuesdays 8:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M.

Thursdays 2:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. 

Saturdays 8:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M.

Please be sure to review and follow the new restrictions. *If feeling ill, please stay home. *Face masks are required. *Please maintain a minimum of 6ft of social distance. *Prepare for long wait times as we are limiting the amount of cars allowed at a time. *Please come pre-sorted to expedite drop off.

CARA To Re-Open Tuesday, May 19, 2020

The Charlotte Area Recycling Authority will re-open for recycling on Tuesday, May 19, 2020. We will be enforcing strict changes in order to reduce the potential spread of COVID-19. Please review these guidelines. We also will be temporarily expanding recycling hours to help meet the needs of our patrons.

*We are accepting can and bottle returnables as donation!!

Please hold on to your recyclables!

Recycling is still important and we are encouraging recyclers to hold on to their recyclables until our full services resume. This also includes bottle and can returnables.

If you cannot wait and must drop off your recyclables somewhere, please follow precautions and practice social distancing.

St Johns Lions Club on Swegles in St Johns – M-F, 7am to Noon & closed on weekends (989) 640-1313
