*ATTENTION* The Charlotte Area Recycling Authority (CARA) will be CLOSED tomorrow, Saturday, January 18, 2020 due to the impending inclement weather. We will resume regular business hours on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 (8am-12pm). Please stay safe everyone!

CARA to close EARLY on 01/11/2020
Due to the impending ice storm, CARA will be closing early tomorrow, Saturday, January 11, 2020.
Our hours will be 8:00am to 10:00am to give recyclers and staff enough time to close down and get home before the temps start dropping to freezing.
