The Charlotte Area Recycling Authority (CARA) is a local drop-off recycling center for residents in and surrounding the Charlotte, Michigan area, located at 201 Hall Street. The Center is funded through donations and the sale of recyclable materials. While recycling is a free service, donations are always welcomed and greatly appreciated.

REMINDER! CARA will be CLOSED on Tuesday, July 4, 2023 in observance of Independence Day. We will re-open at our regularly scheduled time (2pm-6pm) on Thursday, July 6, 2023.
